摘要
目的 研究闭角型青光眼持续高眼压状态下复合式小梁切除术的临床效果。方法 对15例16眼眼压控制不良的闭角型青光眼进行了前房穿刺联合复合式小梁切除术。结果 16眼手术顺利,无脉络膜下爆发性出血等术中并发症发生;术后随访5～12月,12例(13眼)眼压控制在6～21 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),其中1眼需局部加用降眼压药物。手术成功率81.25％。3眼出现低眼压(≤5 mmHg)发生率18.75％。16眼均为功能性滤过泡,其中5眼为薄壁泡,发生率31.25％。结论持续高眼压状态下的闭角型青光眼运用复合式小梁切除术是安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound trabeculectomy for uncontrolled angle-closure glaucoma. Methods 16 eyes of uncontrolled angle-closure glaucoma were treated by goniopuncture and trabeculectomy. Results 16 eyes successful. In the follow-up of 5-12 months,the intraocular pressure of 13 eyes was controlled to 6-21 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).Local antiglaucoma medication was required in one eye,the success rate of surgery was 81.2%. Low IOP(≤5 mmHg) in 3 eyes(18.8%).16 eyes had functional filtering blebs.The thin-walled cystic bleb occurred in 5 eyes(31.2%).Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy is effective surgery for the uncontrolled angle-closure glaucoma,the postoperative complications were thin-walled cystic bleb,low IOP and so on.
