摘要
目的 探讨睫状体暴露及小梁支撑术治疗青光眼的手术方法。方法 手术32例(32眼),其中急闭17例,慢闭15例。术前眼压21～77mmHg,平均37.1mmHg。术前视力无光感3眼,光感～0.04 9眼,0.05～0.26眼,0.3及以上14眼。结果 术后观察治疗3～6月,术后1周平均眼压9.3mmHg,术后3～6月平均眼压13.3mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),术中无特殊并发症。术后并发症:①浅前房11例:Ⅰ度7例,Ⅱ度4例,②前房积血5例,制动后吸收。滤过泡:术后3～6月,Ⅰ级滤过泡28眼,Ⅱ级滤过泡4眼,无Ⅲ级者。结论 睫状体暴露及小梁支撑术术后超滤所致并发症明显减少,临床效果肯定。
Objective To investigate the treatment method of ciliary body exposure and trabecular meshwork support for glaucom surgery. Methods 32 cases (32 eyes) of glaucoma which included 17 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma and 15 cass of chronic angle closure glaucoma.Preoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) was 21 -77 mmHg (averaged 37.1 mmHg). Preoperative vision were nonlight perception in 3 eyes,light perception to 0.04 in 9 eyes,0.05 to 0.2 in 6 eyes and 0.3 or over it in 14 eyes. Results One week after operation,the IOP was averaged 9.3 mmHg,3-6 months later,it was averaged 13.3 mmHg. Postoperative complications were:①shallow anterior chamber in 11 eyes,②hyphema in 5 eyes. 3 - 6 months postoperatively,stage Ⅰ filtering bubbles in 28 eyes, stage Ⅱ filtering bubbles in 4 eyes. Conclusion Ciliary body exposure and trabecular meshwork support has little complication and conformed result.
