摘要
通过溶液缩聚法合成了热致性液晶聚酯 (PHDT) ,并用差热分析、红外光谱及偏光显微镜等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征 ,然后将其与环氧树脂共混 ,制得了热致性液晶聚酯 /环氧树脂共混物。研究发现 ,加入 5 %的PHDT ,可使共混物的冲击强度、弯曲强度及玻璃化转变温度分别增加 80 .1%、2 0 .5 %和 15℃。利用SEM观察了其断裂形貌 ,并探讨了其增韧机理。
A thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester, PHDT,was synthesized by condensation reaction. Its structure and properties were characterized by FTIR,DSC and POM. The blends of PHDT with bisphenol A epoxy resin were prepared with 4,4' diaminodiphenylsulfone as curing agent at certain temperature. The result showed that impact strength, bending strength and glass transition temperature of the modified system were enhanced by 80.1 %,20.5 % and 15 ℃ respectively compared with those of unmodified system. The fracrure strucrure of the blends was investigated by SEM.
