摘要 捕获 重捕获方法常用于评审会后对产品残留缺陷数的估计 .使用均方误差对几种基于捕获 重捕获模型的估计器性能进行评估 .然后提出一种基于历史数据的估计器改进方法 。 Capture-recapture models are often used to estimate the number of defects remaining in the product after inspection. Using mean square error as the evaluation criterion, performance of several estimators based on capture-recapture models were evaluated. An improved empirical-based estimator was proposed and the performance of both original and improved estimators was compared and analyzed.
