摘要
在H2 SO4 介质中 ,Cr 对空气中的氧气氧化罗丹明 6G而使其褪色的反应有催化作用 ,据此建立了灵敏的催化光度测定铬 的新方法。文中讨论了动力学条件。本法的优点在于体系简单 ,不用外加氧化剂。方法的线性范围为 0 0 2~0 7μg/mL ,检出限为 3 3 4× 10 - 8g/mL ,方法简便快速 ,选择性好 ,用于标钢及环境水样中铬的测定 ,结果满意。
A new kinetic photometric method for determination of micro amounts of chromium*& has been proposed The method is based on the catalytic effect of chromium*& on the discoloring reaction of rhodamine 6G oxidized by oxygen in the air in sulfuric acid medium The optimum conditions are studied The method is sensitive and simple The method does not require to add other oxidant The linear range of determination of chromium*& is 0 02-0 7μg/mL,the detection limit is 3 34×10 -8 g/mL The method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of chromium in steel sample and environmental water sample
