介绍了用化学降解法生产聚丙烯纺丝专用树脂TJ 1036的开发过程。TJ 1036的熔体流动指数为22- 26g╱10 min,分子量分布小于3.8,等规指数大于97%,粒料灰分小于200μg╱g,产品具有可纺性优良、纺丝和后加工 工艺稳定等特点,适用于细且丙纶长丝生产。
This paper introduced the development of speciality polypropylene (PP) resin TJ 1036 lor spinning, which was produced with the chemical degradation process. PP TJ 1036 has melt flow index of 22-26 g/10 min, molecular weight distribution of 3.8, isotactic index higher than 97% and ash content less than 200 μg/g. The resin product possesses characteristics of superior spinnabilily and good stability in spinning and post-processing, and is suitable for production of fine denier PP filament.
