摘要
供应链中制造商与零售商之间是一种博弈关系。随着流通领域、顾客需求等因素的变化 ,这种博弈关系日趋复杂化。本文从定价问题入手 ,在追求流通渠道利润最大化的前提下 ,建立了制造商和零售商之间的联盟定价模型。基于该模型 ,讨论了他们之间的利润分配策略。研究结论表明这一利润分配策略可以调动制贩双方建立联盟的积极性。最后进行了案例分析。
In the supply chain, there is a game between manufacturer and retailer. With the change of the circulating channel and consumers’ demand, the game is becoming more complex. Focusing on pricing and under seeking profit maximization in the circulating channel, alliance pricing model of manufacturer and retailer is built. Based on this model, the profit distribution tactic between them is discussed. The conclusion shows that the tactic can improve their enthusiasm to join alliances. At last, a case study is put forward.
