摘要
根据高新区技术创新能力的定义,本文提出了高新区技术创新能力评价的理论预选指标,运用专家法和鉴别力分析对理论预选指标进行筛选,构造了包含16个指标的高新区技术创新能力的评价体系,利用SPSS12 5forWindows软件包对我国52个高新区的技术创新能力进行综合评价,得到了表征高新区技术创新能力强弱的效用值。
On the definition of the technology innovation capability of hi-tech development zones, the related theory indexes are formed. By the means of the experts appraisal and discrimination analysis, the evaluation system of the technology innovation of hi-tech development zones is constructed. Based on the empirical study by SPSS 12.5 for windows static software,the avail-values expressing the technology innovation capability of 52 hi-tech development zones are gained.
