摘要
讨论了新标准水泥强度与混凝土强度公式的建立和水泥强度富余系数的确定与控制 。
This paper focuses on the foundation of the formula between new standard cement strength and concrete strength. The determination and control of the coefficient of rich of the cement strength are discussed. The purpose of this study is to improve the practicability and reliability of the concrete strength formula.
