摘要
采用5 kW 横流CO2 激光器对1Cr18Ni9Ti核阀密封面进行了钴基合金激光熔覆处理,测定了激光熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能,并将其微观结构及质量、耐腐蚀性能与等离子喷焊处理的同种试件进行了对比分析,结果表明:激光熔覆层具有优良的综合抗腐蚀性能,具有组织细密、晶粒度高、硬度高与稀释率低的特点。在此基础上对激光熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能进行了分析探讨。
The sealing surface of nuclear valve made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti was clad with Co base alloy by using a 5 kW CW CO2 laser. The corrosion resistance of laser cladding layer was measured. The microstructure and quality of laser cladding layer was compared with that of plasma spray welding layer on the same substrate. The result showed that the corrosion resistance of laser cladding layer is much better than that of plasma spray welding layer, the laser cladding layer has finer microstructure, higher hardness and lower dilution rate. Base on these investigations, the corrosion resistance of laser cladding layer was also analyzed.
