摘要
VVI起搏作为一种传统的起搏方式在临床上的应用已有一定的历史 ,然而由于VVI起搏器植入后不能保持房室同步 ,而且房颤的发生率高而受到临床医生关注 .拟从VVI起搏方式对机体的影响 ,VVI起搏与房颤的关系 。
As a traditional pacing method, VVI pacing has long been used in clinic. However, physicians pay more and more attention to it because of the high morbidity of atrial fibrillation and the asynchronism of atrium and ventricule. The article reviews the effects of VVI pacing on human body, the relationship of VVI pacing and atrial fibrillation, the mechanism of atrial fibrillation incurrence following VVI pacing transplantation.
