摘要
胰岛细胞移植是目前探讨较多的治疗糖尿病特别是I型糖尿病 (IDDM )的措施之一 ,它具有技术简单、安全、经济、移植术危险小 ,一旦失败不会使受者丧失生命等优点 ,可望成为治疗糖尿病的根本途径 .
Islet cell transplantation is one of therapeutic methods of diabetes mellitus, especially on the type I diabetes mellitus(IDDM). Its technique is simple and safe, and its expense is economical. Importantly its high security while the operation defeated. So we can think that islet cell transplantation has the prospects to become the fundamental therapeutic methods of diabetes mellitus. This article reviews the recent study on it and its foreground.
