摘要 用 1-甲基 -4苯基 -1,2 ,3 ,6四氢吡啶 (MPTP)可在多种动物上模拟制备成帕金森病模型(PD) ,这些动物PD模型的许多临床特征及主要的生化和病理标志与PD患者十分相似 . methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) produces different kinds of experimental animal models of Parkinson's diseases (PD). It replicates model with the clinical features of PD as well as the main biochemical and pathologic hallmarks of the disease. A summary for the different steps of the complex metabolic pathway of MPTP and mechanisms bringing on the death of dopaminergic neurons as a result of free radicals in the metabolic pathway of MPTP.
