摘要
采用硅胶分离提取出加氢润滑油中的极性部分 ,并对该部分进行了红外光谱、族组成和元素分析。由分析结果发现 ,该极性部分主要由一些含硫、氮、氧等杂原子的芳香族化合物和部分胶质组成。还采用旋转氧弹试验评价了该极性部分对润滑油氧化安定性的影响。结果表明 ,极性部分对润滑油的氧化安定性具有很大的影响。对兰州炼油厂加氢润滑油而言 ,其极性部分的极限含量为 0 0 3% ,当极性部分含量大于 0 0 3%时 ,润滑油的抗氧化安定性会大大降低。
The polar portion in hydro-treated lubricating base oil from Lanzhou Refinery was analyzed.Polar portion was isolated from the base oil by column chromatography of silica gel,then characterized by gas chromatography,elemental analyzer and infrared spectroscopy.The result showed that the polar portion comprised colloids and some aromatic compounds containing hetero atoms of sulfur,nitrogen and oxygen. Finally, effect of polar portion on antioxidant activity of base oil was studied by rotary bomb oxygen test,and 0.03% was found to be the optimum content in lubricating oil from Lanzhou Refinery.
