摘要
环氧丙烷 (PO)是TS 1催化丙烯环氧化反应的主要产物。笔者采用TS 1多次循环使用、反应物料中加入PO以及不同条件下PO浸渍TS 1等模拟方法 ,考察了环氧丙烷对TS 1催化性能的影响。结果表明 ,经多次循环使用后 ,TS 1活性没有变化 ,环氧丙烷选择性随使用次数增加而逐渐下降。反应过程中产生的和已存在的PO部分抑制了反应体系中H2 O2 对TS 1的不利影响。在不同反应体系中PO对TS 1催化活性的影响不同。采用PO浸渍TS 1时 ,溶剂、溶剂 /PO体积比对TS 1活性影响有很大差别 ,无溶剂时PO可快速导致TS 1失活。
The effects of propylene oxide (PO) on catalytic behaviors of TS-1 catalyst during propylene epoxidation were observed by simulating the reaction in three ways, i.e. multi-recycle (repeated) use of TS-1, adding PO to the reaction liquid and impregnating the catalyst with PO in different solvents before use. There was no obvious changes observed in catalytic activity of TS-1 during recycle use. Selectivity for propylene oxide (SPO) decreased with the increase of the reaction time when methanol was used as the solvent. PO produced and already existed in the reaction system in some extent alleviated the harmful effect of H2O2 on TS-1 in the reaction system. Adding PO in reaction system affected TS-1 catalytic activity, both solvent and solvent/PO volume ratio also affected the catalytic performance of TS-1 significantly. Catalyst impregnated merely with PO lost its activity rapidly.
