摘要
目的 探讨线性结构模型理论及其在医学中的应用。方法 通过建立线性结构模型 ,对医学实例进行分析。结果 由线性结构模型对医学实例的分析获得了较为满意的结果。结论 在生物医学领域中 ,当变量间具有较强的相关性时 ,以及当代医学模式主张“多因 多果”病因学观点的情况下 ,线性结构模型是一种值得推广应用的统计分析方法。
Objective To research the LISREL and its application in the biomedical studies.Methods To analyze the medical data with LISREL.Results A good result can be got with LISREL from medical data.Conclusion In biomedical field studies,when there are strong correlations among variables and on the condition of the medicine mode changing,LISREL is a good statistical analysis method and is worth recommending.
