银屑病硒水平与病程和病情的关系 被引量：1

摘要 为了研究硒水平与银屑病病程和病情的关系 ,选择患银屑病 1 0个月以下和 3年以上患者 ,检测其血浆硒浓度和血浆红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 ( GSH- PX)活性。结果显示银屑病 3年以上组尤其男性患者硒浓度明显降低 ;1 0个月以下和 3年以上组尤其是女性患者血浆GSH- PX活性降低。 3年以上组红细胞 GSH- PX活性与银屑病病情呈负相关。提示硒水平降低仅与患
