摘要
采用半连续滴加单体的方法,合成高含量外交联基团丙烯酸系共聚乳液。讨论了乳化剂总量及配比、引发剂用量和聚合温度对转化率和乳液性能的影响,并对比了含不同外交联基团共聚乳液的电解质稳定性。
A high content of external crosslinkable groupsacrylic copolymer emulsion has been prepared byusing semi-continuous monomer droppingmethod.The effect of total emulsifier amountand ratio,amount of initiator and temperature onthe polymerization conversion and emulsionproperties was discussed.The stability of copoly-mer emulsion with different external crosslink-able groups in electrolyte was compared.
