描述了聚酯树脂结构的定性分析。树脂样品用磷酸回流,使其水解裂解为原始反应物(多元酸和多元醇),多元醇乙酰化,多元酸以BSTFA衍生后,用毛细管色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析衍生物。根据多元酸和多元醇的结构及成分,确定树脂组成。
An analytical procedure is described for thequalitative analysis of polyester resins.Resinsample is hydrolysed into original reactants(polyacids and polyols)by refluxing with or- thophosphoric acid,polyols are converted to ac-etate derivatives.Polyacid is converted totrimethylsilyl esters by BSTFA[N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide]. The resinstructure is identified according to the deriva-tives which are analysed by capillary GC/MS.
