摘要
考察了水性聚氨酯与丙烯酸软-1树脂的共混状态,探讨了共混时硫化温度和时间、共混比、表面活性剂对共混膜力学性能的影响。比较了共混膜与单组分硫化膜对水、油、酸、碱、盐及有机溶剂的抗耐性能。实验结果表明,该共混物明显改善了涂膜的力学性能和抗耐性能。
The blending state of water-borne polyurethaneand soft-1 acrylic resin was investigated.Theeffects of various factors,such as curing tem-perature and time.blending ratio and surfac-tants,on the mechanical properties of the blended resin film were discussed.The resis-tance to water,oil,acid,alkali,salt and or-ganic solvent of the blended resin film wascompared to that of single component curedfilm.It has been shown experimently thatblending process has dramatically improved themechanical and resistant properties of thefilm.
