摘要
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)具有提高机体免疫力的能力,可以作为监测肉仔鸡营养状况的指标。日粮锌和维生素A水平对肉仔鸡血清和肝脏中SOD活性具有一定的影响。本实验以玉米淀粉和脱锌大豆为主要原料,在低锌(4.67mg/kg)低VA的基础日粮中添加不同水平的锌和VA,采用二因素4×3实验设计(日粮锌添加量分别为0、9、40和80mg/kg,VA水平分别为0、3000IU/kg和6000IU/kg)研究日粮锌和VA水平对肉仔鸡血清和肝脏中SOD活性的影响。结果表明,锌和维生素A缺乏会显著降低SOD的活性。
The amount of dietary zinc and Vitamine A had some effect on the activity of SOD in serum and liver of the broilers. In the experiment, zine-deficient and semi-purified diet containing 4.67mg/kg zinc was mainly composed of corn starch and low zinc soybean meal.Broilers were fed on diet added different leves of dietary zinc(0,9,40,80mg/kg)in a 2×4×3 factorial arranagement.The results indicated that the activity of SOD was obviously low when absence of zinc and V_A.
