沸石分子筛及其复合材料的新型合成方法进展 被引量:6

Novel Methods for the Synthesis of Zeolite Molecular Sieves and Their Composite Materials

摘要 综述了近年来合成沸石分子筛的新方法———组合水热法、气相转移法和干胶法及其应用,特别介绍了组合水热法在沸石分子筛合成配方的高效筛选中的应用,以及气相转移法和干胶法在分子筛成型和自组装分子筛等方面的应用。最后提出了使用组合化学气相法和组合化学干胶法合成沸石分子筛的新概念。 New synthesis methods for preparing zeolite molecular sieves and related composite materials developed within recent five years were reviewed including combinatorial hydrothermal method,vapor phase transport(VPT)technique,and dry gel(DG)method.Combinatorial hydrothermal method was a high-throughput screening method for preparation of zeolite molecular sieves.VPT and DG methods were very suitable for the preparation of hierarchical and pre-shaped zeolite molecular sieves and their composite materials.Combination of combinatorial chemistry with VPT/DG method will expect wide potential applications in the field of zeolite molecular sieves synthesis and related composite materials.
