摘要
为使知识库知识丰富和提高系统的表达能力,就面向管理决策问题提出了模型化数量性、符号性、实例样本性三类四种异构形态知识表示,并进行了较为细致的描述。在此基础上,通过建立基于异构知识的智能性管理决策系统的体系结构,来实现对异性知识的处理与集成,以达到使多种异性知识有机结合与集成利用。所提出四种异性知识形式表示、集成、利用的思想以及采用面向对象技术进行实施,可以改善管理决策智能水平和提高问题求解能力。
In order to make the knowledge in knowledge base abundant and elevate the expressive ability of the system, this paper describes the representation of three kinds or four sorts heterogeneous knowledge, made up of model quantity knowledge, symbolic experience knowledge and case-based sample knowledge, which is put forward for the problem management decision-oriented in a comparatively detailed manner. Based on this description, the process and integration of the isomeric knowledge is realized by building an architecture of the isomeric knowledge-based intelligent management decision system, which is done to reach the coordinating combination, integration and utilize muti-kind heterogeneous knowledge. In the paper, the idea of the representation, integration, utilization of four sorts heterogeneous knowledge which is brought forward and the implementation using objective-oriented technology could improve the intelligence level of decision making and elevate the solution ability of the managerial decision problem.
