摘要
目的 :比较单纯放射治疗与化疗 +热疗 +放射治疗对局部晚期直肠癌的疗效。方法 :经手术未能切除行乙状结肠造口的局部晚期直肠癌 76例 ,单纯放射治疗 37例 ,化疗 +热疗 +放射治疗 39例。结果 :单纯放射治疗CR2 1例、PR16例。 1、3、5年生存率为 84 %、4 8.6 %、2 4 .3%。化疗 +热疗 +放射治疗CR31例、PR8例。 1、3、5年生存率为 94 .9%、74 .4 %、4 8.7% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :对局部晚期直肠癌化疗 +热疗
Objective: To compare the effect of combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy plus hyperthermia with radiotherapy alone on advanced rectal cancer locally. Methods: Seventy-six patients with local advanced un-resectable rectal cancer were randomized into two groups.37 patients treated with radiotherapy alone, 39 patients received combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy plus hyperthermia. Results: The complete responses (CR) in radiotherapy alone group were 21 patients and part responses (PR) were 16 patients. Survival rates for the period of one, three, and five years were 84%,48.6%,24.3%,respectively. The combined therapy group was 35 patients (CR)and 8 patients (PR), and survival rates for the period of one, three, and five years were 94.9%,74.4% and 48.7% (P<0.05),respectively. Conclusion:Combined modality therapy is a safe and effective way for advanced rectal cancer locally.
