凉水塔风机是石化生产中的关键设备 ,对其实施自动监测和综合保护意义重大。该文研究了该设备的网络化在线监测与故障诊断系统 ,包括监测方案、软硬件结构、网络体系、系统功能及特点等。
A network system of on line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is designed for the Cooling Tower Fan.By introducting its hardware and software,its network structure and its main function and futures,some key points of the system are emphasized.The system is applied to industrial ground successfully.
