摘要
重点归纳了氧化锆 (ZrO2 )作为热障涂层材料的应用和研究内容 ,并对ZrO2 功能薄膜材料和生物涂层材料的研究进行了简单总结。对纳米氧化锆涂层的研究现状进行初步介绍。
The application and development of ZrO 2 thermal barrier coatings(films) were reviewed The brief introduction to ZrO 2 functional films and bioceramic materials, as well as the further researches in the future were also described.
