摘要
用钕玻璃激光器(~25J)烧蚀铝靶获得等离子体,以氩气作为保护气体,分析了环境气压、等离子体的观测高度、激光功率密度对谱线强度的影响,并进行了讨论.
The emission spectral intensities of laser-induced alloy aluminum p lasma,with the use of a neodymium glass laser (laser pulse energy is about 25J), were experimentally studied in argon atmosphere.The effects of atmosphere pressu re,height from the observed location of the plasma to the surface of the sample and power density of the laser on the signal intensities of emission spectra we re discussed.
