摘要
住房、医药、教育是居民三大支出的重要方面,但其价格增幅过大。为了纠正市场自由竞争的缺陷。必须辅之以政府的宏观调控。监控过高物价能纠正市场缺陷,消除价格与使用价值两方面的商业欺诈,平衡天灾人祸引起的价格扭曲。监控过高价格的方法:公布指导价格,供买卖双方参考:加强管理,减少流通的中间环节,降低社会成本,抑制价格上涨;打击商业欺诈,维护正常竞争。
Housing, medicine and education are three major expenditures of residents, the prices of which have risen rapidly and perpendicularly. To put right the defect of free competition in markets, our government should apply macro adjustment and control so as to eliminate the business fraud in price and use value and equalize the commotion in price caused by crisis and disaster. The approaches to supervising and controlling the price soaring are described. They include opening the guiding price to provide reference for both buyers and sellers, improving management to decrease the medium rings in circulate, lowering down the social price to control the price soaring, striking the business fraud to maintain the regulate competition.
