摘要
我国的经济增长不仅依赖于对外开放,更需要国内市场的统一与整合。当前,地区市场封锁是我国经济发展的最大障碍,我们必须抓住入世后国内法规接轨世贸的契机,通过强化法治、加快国内市场的整合与统一。加强司法改革、规范中央与地方关系、转变政府与企业行为、促进区域立法和区域经济协调、科学调整各类行业市场规制,是法治统一市场的必要措施。
So far as Chinese economy growth is concerned,both of opening-up policies and unity of internal market must be needed.Now since the blockade of the local market is the largest barrier of our economy,we have to grasp the good opportunity of China's entry into WTO to speed up the unity and integration of the internal market with enhancing the rule of law.It is important to take necessary measures for the market unity of the rule of law including strengthening justice reform,standardizing the relationship between the center and district,transforming the behavior of government and enterprisss,improving the local lawmaking and local economic coordination as well as adjusting various markets' regulations scientifically.
