该文对现行文件的开放利用所涉及的理论和实践问题,如作为其理论基础的文件生命周期理论和文件价值理论,现行文件开放利用的立法问题、档案室档案的开放利用问题及现行文件开放利用的方式问题等,作了论述.
This paper elaborates some theoretical and practical issues related to the opening and utilization of documents in force, namely, the theory of life cycle of documents, the theory of their value, their relevant legislation, the opening and utilization in archives offices, and opening and utilizing modes, etc.
