摘要
目的:对络活胶囊的疗效进行临床研究。方法:按照随机、分层、单盲、阳性药物对照方法进行临床试验。90例高血压患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组30例。治疗组服用络活胶囊,对照组服用北京降压0号,疗程4周。观察指标:安全性观测、临床症状、血压、24小时动态血压(ABPM)、生活质量评定。结果:络活胶囊降压总有效率85.0％;对照组总有效率86.67％。两组降压疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);络活胶囊组大部分临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);络活胶囊组还可降低患者的动态血压值,改善患者的生活质量。结论:络活胶囊治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级高血压安全、无毒副作用。
To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Luohuo Capsules. Methods: 90 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group (n= 60) and control group (n= 30). The treatment group was treated with Luohuo Capsules and the control group with Beijing Jiangya No. 0 for 4 therapeutic course, and safety, clinical symptoms, blood pressure, dynamic blood pressure of 24 hours (ABPM) and life quality were investigated. Results:The total effective rate was 85. 0% in the treatment group and 86. 6% in the control group with no significant difference between groups (P>0. 05). The treatment group in the improvement of most clinical symptoms were superior to the control group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Luohuo Capsules could decrease ABPM and improve life quality of the patient. Conclusion: Luohuo Capsules are safe with no reverse effect for treatment of hypertension grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ .
