摘要
文章通过中外典型事例揭示了知识产权对企业生存与发展的重要影响 ,面对企业知识产权管理中存在的各种问题进行了透彻的分析后 。
Through typical examples in China and foreign countries, this article illustrates the important impact of knowledge property right on survive and development of enterprises, and put forward improving measures after intensive analysis on all kinds of problems existing in enterprise knowledge property right management being made.
