摘要
20世纪90年代中后期,与加拿大其它高校相比,渥太华大学率先实施了现代远程教育。渥大高素质的教师队伍、先进的教学理念和教学方式、实用性社区教室的开设以及现代教学网络的充分利用,使其现代远程教育教学极具特色。在培养学生自主性学习能力和教学软件的应用等方面给予我们很多启示。
Compared with other universities in Canada,Ottawa University took the lead in carrying out modern distance education in the late 1990s.It has its unique characteristics in the full use of modern web education with qualified teaching staff,andvanced educational concept and teaching mode,and practical community classroom.The teaching experience might provide some reference and shed some light on cultivation of students' ability of self directed learning and the application of teaching soft ware in our university.
