由文化差异引起的误解和矛盾是友好交往的不利因素。因此,要进行成功的跨文化交际,了解交际对方的文化背景对不同文化之间的交流起着决定性的作用。
Misunderstanding and other problems caused by differences between cultures are unfavourable factors in people's friendly contact. So, to conduct successful intercommunications, it plays a decisive role to have a good grasp of the other side's cultural background in the exchange between different cultures.
