摘要 针对胜坨油田复杂的油藏地质条件 :非均质严重 ,层系多 ,生产压差大等 ,研制了以改性油溶性树脂KF共聚 -共混改性聚丙烯酰胺的高强度选择性堵剂ST -Ⅰ。通过聚合反应试验 ,确定了堵剂的配方 :改性油溶性树脂KF 1 0 %~ 1 2 % ,丙烯酰胺 (AM) 8%~ 1 2 % ,相容剂0 2 % ,交联剂 0 0 2 %。岩芯模拟试验显示 ,堵剂ST -Ⅰ具有很强的选择性 ,堵水率大于 99% ,堵油率小于 1 5 %。堵剂ST -Ⅰ在胜坨油田应用 1 2井次 ,取得了明显的增油降水效果。 A high strength and selective plugging agent, ST-Ⅰ, was developed for Shengtuo Oilfield with complicated oil reservior conditions, such as grievous heterogeneous reservior, many formation, large production pressure. ST-Ⅰwas prepared from resin KF and PAM by polymerizing-modifying. The composition of the plugging agent in weight percentage was KF 1.0%~1.2%, AM 8%~12%, compatilizer 0.2%, and crosslinker 0.02%. The core flow experiments showed that ST-Ⅰhad excellent selectivity, the water shutoff rate of >99% and the oil shutoff rate of <15%. ST-Ⅰ had been successfully applied in 12 production wells in Shengtuo Oilfield and good social benefit and economic benefit were obtained.
