摘要
抗日战争时期中间势力的宪政思想涉及宪政与抗战的关系、党派平等、人权保障、民众化的宪政运动、多党制、国民大会、宪法等多方面的内容 ,集中反映了这一时期中国资产阶级民主思想的整体状况和发展水平 ,其中表现出的种种进步性有助于中国社会最终选择新民主主义的发展方向和确认人民民主专政的政治制度。
The Intermediate Forces' ideas about constitutionlism in the period of the Anti Japanese War includes: the relation between the constitutionlism and the resistance against Japanese, the equality among the political parties and groups, guaranteeing human rights, the popular congstitutional movement, the multiple party system, the National conference, constitution, etc. It reflects the state and level of the Chinese Bourgeois' democratic idea in this period. Its progress is conductive to the Chinese selecting developing direction of the New Democracy and the People's Democratic Dictatorship.
