近年来,电子商务已经成为一个非常热门的研究课题,人们日益注重电子商务管理在企业管理中的地位与作用。本文介绍了 B2B 电子商务管理对企业供应链管理的影响,以及由此引发的企业流程再造,以期为企业管理者提供一些借鉴之处。
