摘要
目的:研究端粒酶活性在食管癌、癌旁组织、正常粘膜组织中的表达情况及与食管癌的临床病理联系,探讨食管癌组织中端粒酶活性在食管癌的发生、发展中的作用。方法:运用原位杂交技术检测端粒酶mRNA的表达。结果:在30例食管癌中,端粒酶mRNA的阳性表达率为93.3％,明显高于癌旁组织(阳性表达率为13.3％)和正常粘膜组织(阳性表达率为0％)(P<0.001).端粒酶活性的表达强度与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有显著性相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄无相关性。结论:端粒酶的激活及表达强度对食管癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断有意义。
Objective: Studying the expression of telomerase activity in the cancer tissues,adjacent cancer tissues .normal tissues of 30 esophageal patients by using In Situ hybridization for study the worth of it in diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of esophageal cancer. Methods: Telomerase activity was detected by using In Situ hybridization mRNA of telomerase. Results:Twenty of 30 (93.3% )exhibited telomerase activity in cancer tissues compared with 4/30(13.3% ) in adjacent cancer tissueS|0/30 in normal tissues. There was significant difference between them ( P<0. 001 )and there was significant difference of telomerase activity level in cancer of grade and stage (P<0.05 ) as well. Conclusion:The expression and level of telomerase activity might be a good sign in diagnosis,treatment and prognostic evaluation of esophageal cancer.
