丙烯腈作业人群神经精神症状的多因素分析

摘要 目的:探讨长期接触丙烯腈(ACN)作业人群的神经精神症状谱及其主要危险因素。方法:采用横断面调查的方法分析直接接触丙烯腈作业的工人神经精神症状的接触-反应关系,并应用多元回归技术筛选可能的危险因素。结果:接触组几乎所有的神经精神症状发生率显著高于对照组,头痛、头昏、失眠、记忆力减退、肢体麻木以及流涎的差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),呈现接触-反应关系。吸烟、性别以及职业接触ACN是作业人群出现症状的主要危险因素,其中ACN接触的OR值最大。结论:丙烯腈作业工人出现以植物神经功能紊乱的神经精神症状,接触ACN是主要危险因素。 Objectives: To explore the profiles of neuropsychiatric symptoms of professional workers chronically exposed to acrylonitirle and its potential risk factors. Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed to analyze the relationship between exposure to acrylonitile and its effects on neuropsychiatric symptoms based on periodic health check of professional workers. Results: Prevelence of neuropsychiatric symptoms of workers with exposure to acrylonitrile were higher than that of control group, and the differences of prevenlence of headache, dizziness, insominia, decline of memory, arm dumbness and salivation were statistically significant in three groups. Smoking, drinking alcohol and acrylonitirle exposure were three main risk factors of increasing of neuropsychiatric symptoms. Conclusion: The profiles of neuropsychiatric symptoms of professional workers chronically exposed to acrylonitirle was neurosis resulted from disordes of autonomic nervous system, and acrylonitrile ex-psoure was the main risk factor.
