摘要
目的 :探索颞下颌关节骨性结构内外径之间的匹配特点。方法 :下颌骨髁突和颞骨关节窝完整的颅骨标本 2 4副 ,游标卡尺和分规测量。结果 :髁突内外径 (1.95± 0 .2 4 )cm明显小于关节窝内外径(2 .4 3± 0 .18)cm ;双侧髁突内极间距 (8.32± 0 .5 5 )cm明显大于关节窝内侧间距 (7.6 3± 0 .30 )cm(P <0 .0 1) ,而髁突外极间距 (12 .19± 0 .5 8)cm与关节窝外侧间距 (12 .13± 0 .5 8)cm之间无明显差异。髁突内外径的变异系数明显大于其他测量指标的变异系数 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :双侧颞下颌关节髁突及关节窝间距之间具有较好的匹配性 ,单侧髁突与关节窝之间的匹配性较差 。
AIM:To investigate the matching condition of the mandibular condyle and the temporal fossa.METHDOS:24 skulls with complete fossa and condyles of temporomandibular joint (TMJ). They were measured with vernier caliper and dividers.RESULTS:The transverse dimension of condyloid process (1.95±0.24)cm was significantly less than that of the fossa (2.43±0.18)cm.The dimension between lateral poles of bilateral condyles (12.19± 0.58)cm was not differ from that of fossa (12.13±0.58)cm, while those between medial poles of bilateral condyles (8.32±0.55) cm was larger than that of the fossa (7.63±0.30)cm.Variation of condyle transuerse dimension was larger than that of the fossa (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:On the aspect of bilateral dimension of the condyle matched to the fossa well. But it was not for the single temporal mandibular joint,that the dimension of condyle did not match well with fossa. The medial pole projected in a large varies.
