摘要
测定了浒苔的主要营养成分。结果表明:浒苔中粗蛋白含量为13.21%,脂肪为1.04%,灰分为21.87%;浒苔氨基酸中谷氨酸的含量相对较高,占总氨基酸含量的13.80%;不饱和脂肪酸中亚麻酸的含量最高,占总脂肪酸含量的15.98%。
The nutrition composition of Entermorpha prolifera were analyzed.The result showed that in Entermorpha prolifera,the contents of crude protein,fat and ash were 13.21 %,1.04 % and 21.87 %,respectively,that the glutamic acid was relatively high and could reach 13.80 % of total amino acids content,the contents of linolenic acid was 15.98 % of total fatty acids which was the highest in unsatured fatty acids.
