摘要
作者用诺维本(Navelbine,NVB)伍用5—Fu、THP或DDP联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌20例,NVB单次剂量25mg/m^2,每周1次,3次为一疗程。结果:CR 1例,PR 9例,总有效率50.0％;中位缓解期5.5月(2～11月)。白细胞减少为最主要的毒副反应,G—CSF支持下Ⅲ～Ⅳ度发生率仍达40％;静脉炎发生率为35％,多较轻微;1例患者发生注射部位皮肤坏死;无化疗相关死亡。
Twenty patients with advanced breast cancer were given Navelbine in conbination with 5-Fu,THP or DDP. The patients were treated with weekly Navelbine 25mg/m2 for 3 weeks. One case achieved CR, 9 cases achieved PR,overall objective response rate was 50%. Myelotoxicity was the most frequently observed toxic effect,grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ leucopenia oc-cured in 41 % of the patients ;the other main side effect was phlebitis(35% );skin necrosis of injective site occured in one case. No patient died of the chemotherapy.
