摘要
采用抗CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+单克隆抗体致敏的羊红细胞花环形成法及肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrogenic Factor,TNF)检测药盒,检测了42例宫颈癌患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和血浆TNF水平及外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)经LPS诱导产生TNF的能力。结果表明:1.宫颈癌患者CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+的百分率及CD_4/CD_8的比值较正常人明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后有明显提高。2.宫颈癌患者血浆中由于受到肿瘤抗原的不断刺激,TNF水平较高,与正常人比较有显著意义(P<0.01),但治疗后明显下降(P<0.01)。血浆中TNF的水平与外周血单个核细胞产生TNF的能力不一致。
The author assayed the T- lymphocyte subgroups,the level of TNF and the ability of mononuclear to produce TNF induced by LPS in the peripheral blood of 42 patients with cervical cancer,using the method of garland forming of sheep red cell sensitized by the monocloniac antibodies of CD3+ ,CD4+,CD8+ and the TNF reagent kit. The result showed the follow-ing: (l)the ratio of CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD8+ in the patients with cervical cancer was significantly lower than that in the normal con-trol (P< 0. 01) ,but this ratio increased significantly after treatment; (2)the level of TNF in the plasm of the patients with cer-vical cancer was significantly higher than that of the normal control(P<0. 01) ,it is possibly due to the continuous stimulation from the tumor antigens ,but the level decreased significantly after treatment. The level of TNF in the plasm was not cosistent with the ability of PBMC to produce TNF.
