摘要
利用Ｗａｒｄ等人给出的广义锥方向导数和广义次梯度等概念，建立了一类非凸非光滑数学规划的各种约束规格．
In this paper,varied constraint qualifications of mathematical program involving function not assumed to be differcntiable or locally lipschitzian are established.as a result necessary optimality conditions of Kuhu-Tucher type can be established.
