摘要
简要介绍了宝钢新建的 1 80 0冷轧工程的三电控制系统的主要特征 ,以及在轧机主传动系统、变频器功率元件触发、带钢板形控制、轧制打滑抑制、工艺机组张力控制、带温检测、带钢位置检测等方面采用的新技术的基本原理和特点。
The main EIC systematic characteristics of Baosteel's new 1800 cold rolling project are briefly introduced.The basic principles and key technologies adopted by the project,such as characteristics of the mill's main drive systems,inverter power element trigger,strip shape control,rolling slip suppression,tension control for the process line,strip temperature measurement and strip position detection,are described in this paper.
