摘要
详尽叙述普通混凝土配合比设计法,粉煤灰混凝土超量取代法,逆填配比设计法等几种混凝土配合比设计思想并给出流程图和计算实例。在强度基本相近的情况下,逆填配比设计法所配制出的混凝土比传统的配比方法坍落度提高约20mm,且坍落度经时损失较少,利于泵送施工及提高工程质量。由于寻求混凝土固态材料在最佳级配时的最大混合单位重,逆填配比设计法比普通混凝土配合比设计节约水泥36%,比粉煤灰混凝土超量取代法节约水泥25%,同时比超量取代法多用工业废渣粉煤灰37%。
This paper in related details three kinds of mix proportion design methods (ordinary concrete mix proportion design method,over-quantity-replace way of fly ash concrete and counter-fill mix proportion design method) as well as put forward their flow charts and calculating examples.when their strengths were almost near,counter-fill mix proportion design method of concrete improved 20mm than ordinary concrete mix proportion design method in slump,which slump loss was lower and it vailed pump-delivery and boosted engineering quality.Because of the density packing of solid state materials,counter-fill mix proportion design theory saved 25% cement as well as used 37% more industrial waste residue fly ash than over-quantity-replace way.
