摘要
在骨组织再生中,除了骨再生材料以外,生长因子也具有很重要的作用。目前对生长因子的研究较多,一些生长因子已经开始用于临床。但是由于外源性生长因子具有免疫原性,提取工艺复杂,价格昂贵,在临床上使用受到了一定的限制。Platelet-richplasma(RPR)是富含多种自身性生长因子的集合体,具有多种生长因子复合,无免疫原性,不会引起交叉感染,制备、使用方便,价格低廉,易于为病人所接受,因而其研究和应用前景广阔。本文就PRP的生物学特性、制备及应用做一综述。
Apart from bone re ge nerative materials,growth factors play an important role in bone regeneration .At present some growth factors that are being studied have being put into practice clinically.However,allogeneic growth factors' application is limited because of their anti-immunology,complication of collection and expensive pric e.So Platelet-rich Plasma(PRP),a combination of autologous multi-growth fa ctors,possessing characters of no immunology,no cross-infection,convenient reparation and inexpensive price,is clinically preferable to patients and is pr omising in application.This article will reivew PRP's biological characters,co llection and application.
