杀虫荧光假单胞工程菌对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的毒力及田间防效研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文采取室内研究和田间试验相结合的方法 ,报道了 5× 10 8/ml荧光假单胞工程菌对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫毒力测定和田间药效试验结果。表明该生物农药对 2~ 3龄幼虫 72h的毒力回归方程为y =- 1.2 32 5 +1.0 346x(r=0 .96 2 6 ) ,LC50 =1.0 5 70× 10 6菌数 /m1;每 6 6 7m2 使用 5 0 0 0~ 10 0 0 0ml可有效控制韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的危害 ;该工程菌在田间可长期定殖 ,但其数量随外界环境变化而变化。 Studies on toxicity of insecticidal engineered P.seudomonas fluorescent against Bradysia odoriphage and its field control effect were conducted both in the field and Labrotory.The results showed that the engineered bacteria has an significant control effect against the insect that atltack fragrant-flowered garlic seriously in the field.The paper results also indicated that the LD-P equation of the bio-pesticide to the test insect is y=-1.2325+1.0346x(r=0.9626) and the LC 50 is 1.0570×10 6 CFU/ml.The results also showed that it is suitable to use the concentration of 5000~10000ml/667m 2 in the field.The bacteria used in this experiment showed that it is persistent for several months in the field and it was changed with the changing envronment factors,such as temperature or humidity.
