摘要
论述了当前在水利水电工程招投标过程中产生低价中标的原因及其危害,并列举工程实例分析了工程索赔产生的原因,以期完善水利水电工程招投标工作。
In this article,the author introduces reasons and harm of the low tender price problem happened in bid and tender processes of current hydraulic and hydroelectric projects,and enumerates reasons of construction claims with practical examples.Author hopes that this analysis can help to improve the bid and tender work of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.
