摘要
当前对于西部大开发中的金融政策的研究成为一个热点。总结分析各方的观点后发现,在制定西部大开发中的金融政策时首先应注意处理好增长与稳定、政策创新与维护等几对关系,同时还要将此贯彻到进一步制定西部大开发金融政策的工作中去。
Recently, the research into the financial policy for westem development in china has become a hot point. Analysing all kinds of views about it, we can find that we should handle rightly a few relations, and use them as basie rules to put forward new and advance financial policy for westem development in china.
